UPI services abroad Phonepay has announced that it has launched UPI services abroad to enable international travelers to complete payments easily. It said that these services are being made available under the name of UPI International . It enables PhonePay users to make UPI-based payments directly to merchants abroad. Currently in UAE, Singapore, Mauritius, Nepal and Bhutan, you can scan the QR code and complete the payment transaction. These services can be used in the same way as using international debit cards.
